I am having issues as i try to add a custom domain to my site. The custom domain is solihulltzgroup.com currently being hosted on hostinger. The problem is the css is not being rendered properly so the site looks very messy and scattered. I am attaching screenshots for your review

Yes Christopher. I had actually followed the exact steps provided, yet got that result as shown in the uploaded screenshot. Pls take a closer look from your end. Find attached screenshot of how it was implemented on hostinger.
I havent heard back from anyone since my reply yesterday. This is really important for my client pls.
Hello Trust,
Thank you for following up. We are currently reviewing this and we will update you once done.
Thank you for your patience.
Its been 5 days since you said you were reviewing. Should i expect any response from vzy or should i just move on from vzy?
How long is this going to take? I cant believe that this is taking this much time. I am really in shock at your technical support. I had really good confidence in you guys before now. I really was an advocate for vzy, but this encounter is a real downer for me. I cannot confidently deliver products for clients with this type of support (more accurately, no support).
To say, you need this much time to investigate properly is remarkable. CSS misalignment is not rocket science. So if one customer isnt that important to you guys, i guess I cant stake so much on vzy.
Hi Trust,
Thanks for following up, and we are really sorry about the delay here. We understand how frustrating this is, especially since this is time-sensitive for your client.
We’re actively reviewing the details you shared to pinpoint exactly what’s causing the custom domain not to resolve correctly on our end. This is still under investigation, and we’ll update you as soon as we have a clear resolution or next step.
We definitely don’t want you to feel stuck or unsupported, and we appreciate your patience while we work through this properly.
We’ll follow up with an update.
This is the most disappointing support ever. For almost 3 weeks, you are still reviewing details of a css problem. I am both shocked and utterly disappointed. You provided no support service at all. I am out.
Hello Trust,
Thanks for flagging this. Support tickets are currently taking a bit longer than usual due to increased volume, but we’re actively reviewing this and will get it resolved. We’ll update you once we’ve completed our checks or if we need anything further from your end.
