Email Update Error

  1. I updated my email address on app.vzy.co, it updates successfully.
  2. I go to forum.vzy.co, click login, it logs me in automatically.
  3. I go to forum.vzy.co → preferences and it shows my old email address
  4. I attempt to add the new email, it sends me an email to confirm, I click it and it gives me an error of: An error occurred: Email has already been taken

From what you’ve described, it looks like your email update was successful on app.vzy.co, but the forum account (forum.vzy.co) is still linked to your old email, which is causing the “email already been taken” error when you try to confirm the new one.

  • The new email address you updated to on app.vzy.co
  • A screen recording showing the error on the forum
