I currently have 3 websites on Vzy, I realized I haven’t had any form submissions for a while. The last one was on Oct 18th. I tried submitting a test submission and got errors on all three.
The same error on all three: An error occurred. Please try again later.
@Christopher I was just scrolling thru topics and saw this was reported 3 weeks ago, Web Hook for Form not on that report they thought it was related to webhooks, but it is recreatable without, just try any Vzy site.
More importantly, why wasn’t the community notified if there was such a site wide issue so that we can embed a form that works?

We’re currently enhancing the Vzy Forms system to provide a more stable and improved experience for all users. During this upgrade, some forms may temporarily show errors when submitting. Our team is actively working on this and we’ll update the community as soon as the enhanced Forms experience is live.

Could we imlement a flow were the community is informed of such a site-wide impact? Is there a page somewhere I am not aware of that displays current bugs or open issues? Apparently this has been an issue for weeks and was reported in another post, that I also pointed out. We lost out on weeks of potential submissions.
Just a quick email that said something like, “hey our forms our down, please find an alternative until the issue is resolved.” or an alert at the top of the login page saying that forms are down. Last successful submission I had was over a month ago. 10/18/25
Thanks for the suggestion, Dean — it’s a really thoughtful idea. We agree that better visibility around platform-wide issues would be helpful for everyone.
We’re exploring lightweight ways to improve communication without adding tools that might slow the platform down or create new points of failure. In the meantime, we’ll keep posting timely updates on the community whenever something might impact users.
