Issue embedding content

Hi team, I’m trying to embed a Klaviyo form or pop-up to trigger on button click into my Vzy website (www.jg-paraplanning.co.uk), following the instructions in the help centre, adding the necessary script in the website head, under ‘Custom code’, and the necessary code using the ‘Embed’ section.

However, after publishing the page, the section still appears blank with no content. I’ve tried troubleshooting withe console logs, and I can see the form is being called/triggered, but nothing is appearing.

Please can a member of the team give me some help with seeing if there is an script or CSS issue that’s preventing the forms from appearing?

Thanks @christopher - to help with troubleshooting, I’ve published this page, which has the embed section with the code in it.

As you can see, nothing appears. But, I’d be expecting this to be on the page (without the dotted outline):
