I have to be honest, as much as I really like your platform, lately it’s been nothing but problems, especially since the complete blackout a few weeks ago.
Unfortunately, without me doing anything special other than editing some details on a few pages, the main menu is completely wrong again in both the desktop and mobile versions, as you can see.
I obviously tried searching in the Help category to see if you had already written about the same issue for other users with the same problem. I reset the cache for both my site and your site. After logging out and back into the platform and republishing the site, nothing changed. It seems that both the mobile menu and the desktop version menu are loaded simultaneously, as you can see in the images.
I have to be honest, I am very tired of the continuous rendering bugs on the site. I don’t know what’s happening on your end, but even just a few months ago, the platform was much more stable. Or maybe it’s just my specific user experience.
A second problem arose during SEO optimization. I was advised to modify the canonical of the pages to make them more indexable. I tried to set it at the site level where you have the canonical button, but unfortunately now this is the situation regarding indexing.
In this case, I might have done something wrong. However, I can’t revert it to how it was before and it says that some pages are blocked by metatags. I don’t know how to get around this problem and revert it to a previous version.
Thank you for sharing your concerns and feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been for you, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Will check asap. Did i do something wrtong to cause those issues Chris??? I truly cannot halp but wandering if i did something wrong to cause those bugs…

Hi chris. Mostly the problem seems to be solved. The exception seems to be one page: "NEWS & RESEARCH ".
Moreover, the menu on a 13inch display still the hamburger menu stays. If i remember well, the hamburger menu is only for small screens, and used to disappear in laptop or bigger screen real estate. Now hamburger icon is present all the time ( very uncommon for websites, i don’t see it around the internet) , even in the builder. Is it wanted? What is the metter?
Thanks for the update—glad to hear most of the issues are resolved. Regarding the “NEWS & RESEARCH” page, could you please share a screen recording that clearly shows the issue? This will help us review it thoroughly and provide a proper update.
As for the hamburger menu, we designed it to stay visible on all screen sizes for consistency. However, if you’d prefer not to use the hamburger icon, you can switch to the text option instead, which might better suit your preference. Let us know how that works for you!
Hi Chris, sorry for the late response. About the hamburger menu, thank you for letting me know. Even though I don’t think it’s a brilliant design idea, I’m sure there were careful considerations before making that decision, especially with the recent technical bugs. I have to say that, in general, I really like the design of your sites, even if it’s a bit repetitive. You definitely have good taste. I’m sorry about this small flaw, but I’m sure it won’t affect the site’s usability. Of course, this is just my personal opinion.
As for the non-working menu on the reported page, I’ll send you the link to the video.
Thank you for sharing the video and for your thoughtful feedback! We really appreciate your kind words about the design—it means a lot. While we aim to balance functionality and aesthetics, we always value input like yours to help us improve.
We’ll review the non-working menu issue on the reported page and update you as soon as possible. If there’s anything else you’d like us to address, feel free to let us know!

Chris, thanks. The problem is in vzy. Not in my site. If the function (password protection) is broken take it down. i cannot contact assistance for every single thing i do. i am losing faith on the platform here. Fast.
the page i mentioned doesnt work for me and my patients. this is costing me reputation. The other protected page i have doesnt work, also (total i have 2, total not working 2)
canonicalized pages cannot be used for seo. I have a very small site (<40 pages). Only one page is “working” for me. Problem still very open.
We completely understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the canonical URLs, would you like us to remove them from your entire site at https://gabrielevasario.com, or are there specific pages you’d like us to focus on? Please let us know so we can address this accordingly.
As for the password protection issues, we’re actively reviewing the situation and will update you shortly. We understand how critical this is, especially when it impacts your reputation and your patients’ experience.
Thank you for your patience as we work on resolving these issues. We’re committed to finding a solution that meets your needs.
Yes Christopher
Please do remove canonization from all pages, in order to be able to optimize seo for them and expose them.
I don’t really know how canonization works, the only thing i know is that like it is right now does not work and i would like to be like it was before i hit the canonicization button.
I don’t exactly know how the canonization process works, but I definitely made a mistake when I pressed the button to canonize the entire site. There should probably be more granular settings for this feature, allowing you to select only the pages you want to canonize under other pages. However, I’m not an expert on this, so I can’t give a definitive opinion.
Thank you for sharing the screen recording. After reviewing it, we found that the issue arises due to a conflict caused by your bootstrap integration. The styles from bootstrap are clashing with our platform’s styles, leading to the non-working menu.
This problem is specific to the bootstrap integration on your site, not an issue with the Vzy platform, which functions correctly. To resolve this, you’ll need to remove the bootstrap integration. Once that’s done, the menu should work as expected.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this!
