Hi vzy Team,

do you have an idea when the shop inside of vzy will be ready to use?
At the moment there is a category in the back end system but i can not use it.
Also i can not cahnge the currency from usd to eur.
What do you think?

Hey Dennis,

The Shop inside Vzy has been ready to use for a while now! It’s easy to set up—just connect your Stripe account, and you can start selling digital products like ebooks, templates, courses, and access to private links.

We are also working on expanding this feature to support selling meetings, tickets, bundles, and more in the future. The Shop feature works great, so please give it a try and let us know how it goes!

Regarding your concerns:

  1. “At the moment there is a category in the back-end system but I cannot use it.”
  • Could you please explain what you mean by this? A screen recording would help us review and understand the issue better.
  1. “Also, I cannot change the currency from USD to EUR.”
  • Are you referring to the Pricing section? If so, the Pricing section works great, and you should be able to switch currencies easily.
  • If you’re referring to something else, please share a screen recording so we can check it out and guide you accordingly.

Hey Dennis!

We’ve reviewed everything and the issue has been resolved. Just a heads up—Stripe only supports USD on Vzy at the moment, not Euro or other currencies. Let us know if you need help with anything else!
