Web Hook for Form not

Hey team,

Looking for guidance here. Currently trying to add a webhook to my form so I can transfer data to my google sheet. However when I test it on my page after inputing data it does not run and gives error:

An error occured. Please try again later

Anyone run into the same problem? If so what worked for you guy? Please suggest a resolution.
