It has been 20+ days since I outlined the problem with the video.

Listen, it’s a shitty video in the homepage. I can live without it. It doesn’t matter, but what if it was something crucial for a business? There are people using your platform for work! This is lost money. Come on, you have to admit that this is a long time to wait for a fix. Especially for just a video background issue.

If this is customer support, regardless of the issue, that should be the focus—not new functions or releasing a new product (as I received in an email).

That is, of course, just my two cents and none of my business.

But once again, I really loved your product from the beginning, and I am seriously considering moving to another platform due to the lack of support.
