How to add Tally forms to Vzy

TallyForms is a form-building tool that simplifies the creation and management of forms for various purposes.

  1. To add tallyforms to Vzy;
  2. Create an account or login to tally forms
  3. Open the form you want to embed and select the share
  4. Copy the link
  5. Go to Vzy
  6. Select pages by the top left
  7. Click on the + icon to add a new page element
  8. And select embed

  9. Paste the link you copied into the link box

  1. Publish to view changes
