How to use Crisp live chat with Vzy

Crisp live chat is an all-in-one business messaging platform that gathers teams, conversations, data and knowledge in one place to make it easier for you.

  1. To integrate to Vzy:

  2. Create or login to your Crisp account (https://crisp.chat/).

  3. Open Settings from the dashboard and go to Website Settings

  4. A new window will open.

  5. Choose the type of integration. Click on HTML.

  6. Copy the live chat widget code

  7. Go to Vzy

  8. Go to settings, then site and select custom code

  9. Paste the code you copied into header as seen below

  10. Click on save.

  11. Publish to view changes

Note: You can manage your info on Crisp live
