Google Search Console is a free tool that helps you monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot your website’s presence in Google Search results. Follow these steps to integrate your Vzy website with Google Search Console.

To easily integrate google search console to your Vzy website:

  1. Verify Your Website on Google Search Console:
  • Go to Google Search Console.
  • Sign in with your Google account.
  • Add your website URL under the “URL Prefix” section.
  • Follow the instructions provided (HTML Tag verification) to verify your ownership.
  • The HTML Tag verification method involves copying a verification code from Google Search Console and pasting it into the ‘Custom Code’ section of your Vzy website.
  • Please note that you must be on the Pro Plan to access the Custom Code feature.
  • Please follow the instructions Google provided about where to place the code.
    Here’s how to add the code to your website:
    • Log in to your Vzy dashboard.
    • Go to your Vzy editor.
    • Click Settings.
    • Click Site.
    • Click Custom Code.
    • Paste the verification code provided by Google into the appropriate fields.
    • Click Save.
    • Click ‘Publish’ to apply the changes.
      Once published, return to Google Search Console and try verifying your site again.
  1. Submit Your Website URL for Indexing:
  • Once your website is verified, use the “URL Inspection” tool in Search Console.
  • Enter your website URL and click “Request Indexing.”
  1. Optimize Your Website for SEO:
  • Ensure your website title and meta description include the name “Your Website” for better relevance.
  • Use “SEO & Social” settings in your Vzy editor:
    • Go to the editor, click Settings > Page Settings > SEO & Social.
    • Enter relevant details, including your website name.
    • Save your changes
    • Publish the site.
  • Add quality content related to your website across your site to improve relevance.
