How to use LiveChat with Vzy

Livechat is a cloud-based live chat and help desk software which provides the best possible customer service experience for you by offering an online chat tool for your website, mobile apps and social media accounts.

  1. To integrate easily into Vzy:

  2. Create an account or log in at https://www.livechat.com.

  3. Tap on Install LiveChat yourself.

  4. Copy the code and go to Vzy

  5. Then go to settings, go to site and select custom code

  6. Copy the code and paste into header as seen below

  7. Click on save.

  8. Publish to view changes

Note: Changes to livechat can be done directly on livechat.com
