I will suggest if vzy team can add undo and Redo action in the site builder, because rewriting or adjusting a lot of things is exhausting and annoying and making the user experience not great… But like I said Good software and kudos to the team

In addition to undo and redo features, I’ll also recommend that you add a version history for published sites, where on can easily revert to a previous iteration of their site if something should go wrong. I believe this would solve a lot of the issues being raised here and you might have fewer people directly coming for certain help requests, thereby reducing the workload on your team.
