Custom Domain Pointing

I just pointed my vzy domain to wyntrust.com about 30 hours ago. It propagated fine but it has an SSL error. See below.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

According to Hostgator, the problem is on VZY’s side. Can someone look into that and get back to me? I have a few more sites that I want to point to domains that are hosted on Hostgator and I want to make sure the problem is solved before I try any other sites.

Nothing Yet. I am following up again. I may have to change platforms.

It has been 4 days with no action of any kind. It appears to be around SSL certificates. This should be an easy fix. Can you please reach out to me with a status and timeframe for resolution?

To properly connect your HostGator domain to your Vzy site, please follow these steps:

  1. First, disconnect your current custom domain from your Vzy site using this guide:
    How to disconnect a custom domain from your Vzy website
  2. Then, reconnect your domain following this tutorial:
    How to connect other domains to your Vzy site
