Section Spacing issue

Hi Guys

Anything happened to section spacing? Seems to be different at top and bottom. Top seems to be applying correct spacing whereas bottom is chopping off.

This website has been live for a while with spacing ok before but now it has problem above - even without re-publishing it! (How is this possible?) The only way to correct is to add section beneath to add extra spacing!
