How to use papercups livechat with Vzy

Papercup LiveChat is a platform that provides real-time, AI-powered language translation for customer support interactions, facilitating communication across multiple languages.

1. Login or create a Papercups account](https://papercups.io/).

2. Go to Getting started section at the top left side menu and select Configure your inbox.

3. You can customize the look to your own text and colors.

4. Then, scroll down to see the code you need to copy/paste to Vzy.

5. Go to Vzy

6. Then go to settings, go to site and select custom code

7. Copy the code and paste into header as seen below
   

   

8. Click on save.

9. Publish to view changes
